Trader Z’s Dinner

Born in California from an appropriation of Polynesian cultures, Tiki Culture has spread worldwide, spawning its own cuisine and design phenomenon. Developed as a ten-person catered event to fundraise for my son’s school, this dinner featured flavors of the South Pacific.
